Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Limited Edition peice from ROK.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for Store Credit or an Exchange of the same value.

RETURNS

All returns must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@rokthebrand.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for store credit or a new style.

EXCEPTIONS

We take the utmost care to ensure all orders are packed to be almost indestructible each piece is checked and inspected before it is packed.

Items go through several stages of inspection and photographic recording to ensure nothing is ever sent out defected to our customers.
